LEGO Ninjago: Spinjitzu Smash is pretty much a complete ripoff of the Mega Man Battle Network series.
Battle Network 6 Leftovers
In the first release of Spinjitzu Smash (v0.0.1), it was discovered that gameplay wasn't the only thing ripped off: several assets from Mega Man Battle Network 6 were included as well! After the findings were released on Protodude's Rockman Corner blog, LEGO quickly revised the game and removed the files - though not quickly enough that v0.0.1 wasn't saved for posterity:

Found within the v0.0.1 SWF were these sprites:
Aqua Cross MegaMan.EXE
The iteration of Mega Man from the Battle Network series (specifically his dialogue portrait as well as his Aqua Cross powerup from Cybeast Falzer) was used in-game as a placeholder before being replaced by blocky ninja dudes.
Mettaur
Everyone's favorite Mettaur made it into the game as well as a placeholder enemy.
Unused Text
There are several cases of placeholder text in the Spinjitzu Smash SWF, mostly the generic Lorem ipsum placeholders found in many developer programs.
Some popup text. It's poppin' fresh! o/v? This is a sample tip, complete with second line to show that two lines fit.
