Kaettekita Mario Bros. (Mario Bros. Returns) is an enhanced version of the Famicom Mario Bros. that was released exclusively through the Famicom Disk Writer. It was sponsored by Nagatanien, a Japanese food company, and features advertisements for their products.

Notably, the game's "Nagatanien World" mode had a special giveaway involved: earning 100,000 or 200,000 points would display a code that could be sent in by postcard. The former awarded a Super Mario Bros. 3 trading card, while the latter entered you into a drawing to win a copy of Super Mario Bros. 3. The contest was held through May 31, 1989, and all entrants received a Super Mario Bros. 3 keyring.

While the game has not been rereleased (very likely due to the sponsor and contest elements), its name is present among a set of Famicom Info Tags added in v1.01 of Doubutsu no Mori e+, suggesting that Nintendo did consider it at one point.

Upload.

Many of the songs in the game have variants in different keys, such as the cutscene and title themes, but these don't ever seem to be used throughout the entirety of the game.
